Britney Spears, her dad Jamie and Mel Gibson are all headed to Costa Rica for a vacation!

The three left for Central America in a private jet at approximately 9:00am this morning. Mel invited Britney and her dad to stay with his at his home there.

Britney is supposed to get approval before leaving the country due to her child custody battle, and although she does not have her kids with her, it’s not known if she abided by those rules. But if her dad went with her, I would think in order to not complicate the case they would have covered their bases. I’m sure TMZ or someone will find out soon enough though. Because you know that if she didn’t get permission, it’s going to be the latest Britney controversy. Always something..
