It looks like Tom Cruise’s son is following in his footsteps.
But not when it comes to acting.
Nicole Kidman’s “son” (who doesn’t call her mommy) was at daddy Cruise’s airplane hangar in Burbank, CA practicing with an instructor this past weekend.
Connor Cruise spent Saturday afternoon on a small prop airplane ready for his flying lesson.
And sources say that with the help of his instructor, Connor practiced taking off, landing, and cruising about three times in a Cessna 172 Skyhawk.
By the evening, Connor was done with his lesson, accident free.
Pretty impressive for a 13 year old.
As for age restrictions, according to the source, it’s leagal for a 13 year old to take flying lessons as long as the child is big enough physically - such as being able to reach the pedals and all controls.
When he turns 16, though, Connor will be able to apply for a license.
Don’t drink and drive…or fly!
