Sources say Mariah Carey plans to spend some quality time with her new hubby this month and has plopped down $125,000 to rent an 18,000 square foot, 10 bedroom ‘farm house’ on 8 acres in East Hampton for a week.

Quick, Nick! Get her preggers and no matter what happens, you might be entitled to the divalicious life for at least 18 years!

It sounds a little big just for the two of them, but we’re assuming Mimz needs the room to house all the ‘help’ that she needs to be the one and only Mimi!

Insiders are also buzzing that Def Jam’s L.A. Reid will be ‘hosting’ a party for Nick and his sugar momma Moo at the ‘farm house’.

You know that’s going to be some party!
