Bad news for Superman wannabe Shaquille O’Neal.

A Fulton County woman from Georgia has taken out a restraining order against the NBA star!

According to the 23 year-old female, Alexis Miller, Shaq has been stalking her!

Yesterday a judge approved the request after Miller made claims that Shaq threatened her with bodily harm.

She says he also made harassing phone calls to her. He’d call, breathe heavily into the phone, and would then hang up.

Crazy!

Miller’s an “independent music artist” who goes by the name Maryjane. She also says that Shaq threatened to ruin her career by having everyone in the industry turn on her.

Is this chick just making the allegations to try and get publicity for her “music career”????

Apparently this all occurred after Miller ended her “intimate relationship” with Shaq last month.

Shaq has been ordered to stop all contact with Miller and must stay at least 200 yards away from her and her 19 month-old baby at all times.

Shaq’s due back in court on September 4th.

Something smells fishy here!
