As we mentioned earlier, sleazy paparazzo Adnan Ghalib is allegedly shopping around trying to sell a supposed x-rated sex tape of him with Britney Spears.

Several reports claimed that Ghalib was asking for offers and even asked if Britney wanted to buy it to prevent its leak.

Now, days later, Ghalib is talking to the media again, and - this time - he claims those reports are not true, even though he was quoted as saying a few days ago they were true.

He now says, “There is no sex tape and I’ve never claimed there is one.”

He even says he’s prepared to take legal action over the false claims.

The original story quoted Adnan talking about wanting to sell the rumored two hour tape made last July.

Adnan adds, “I don’t know where these quotes I’m supposed to have said have come from. What I do know is they certainly didn’t come from me and they are completely false. I’m extremely upset and distressed and I’m taking legal action.”

Wonder if we should believe him.

He continues, “This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me. There is no sex tape. That is the end of the matter.”

Could someone have just made those quotes up? It’s possible.

But if they did, they deserve to get sued! And Adnan’s likely to do it!

Looks like there really might be a BritBrit sex tape with that scummy paparazzo after all!!!

Miss Spears is reportedly willing to shell out whatever it takes to keep the tape off the Internets.

Her classy ex, Adnan Ghalib, put the alleged tape on the market earlier this week and a porn site has already offered him 10 million for the 2 hour pink wig romp.

Just when Britney is beginning to pull it together people are trying to bring her down!

Spears’ slimy ex-boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, is shopping around a sex tape he says he’s willing to sell for “the right price.”

According to Heat magazine, Adnan claims that “There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”

We don’t know - sounds like he could be bluffing!

The alleged video was reportedly shot in Mexico with BritBrit wearing nothing more than a pink wig. It’s supposedly two hours long.

Two hours? Way to give your Male Virility a pat on the back, Adnan, but we doubt it!

Beyond totally betraying Britney’s trust, the Landing Strip Pap says he has no desire to sell out any other details. Unless the price is right, we’re sure.

WTF?????

A report claims that Britney Spears’ ex-love Adnan Ghalib was attacked and stabbed Saturday night.

Adnan’s doing OK after receiving medical attention for his wounds (a stab wound to his arm, facial lacerations and a black eye) according to the source.

WTF??

Who hates Adnan that much? Was it a deranged BritBrit fanatic?

If it’s true we’re glad to hear that he’s ok.

But, until we see a police report or photographic proof we’ll harbor some doubt that this attack actually happened…

A visit that must have been pre-approved by poppa Jamie Spears, Brit’s conservator.

He married some California chick in 2001. That first marriage lasted a total of 85 days.

Despite Osama Lutfi’s objections….

There’s no breaking up Britney Spears and her paparazzo buttboy, Adnan Ghalib.

On Wednesday, the former pop star, going on little to no sleep for the past three days, met up with the photog at Jerry’s Deli in Studio City.

The singer was observed by the paparazzi as being “dazed and confuse” from her sleeplessness.

In other words, she was behaving like normal.

The two sped off back to her house in Spear’s new Mercedes before heading to the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Hopefully Brit Brit will get a good night’s sleep some time soon.

So, here is where things stand.

After Britney’s huge fight with Osama Lutfi on Monday night, she met up with paparazzo lover Adnan Ghalib.

The two drove around LA for a while and at one point even got a flat tire. Paparazzi madness ensued.

However, late this morning, Brit Brit reunited not only with Osama but also with her mother, Lynne.

At around 1:30 A.M., they all paid a visit to Long’s Drugs and then they went home.

Oh, the drama. It never ends!

Britney and Osama got into a huge fight Monday night.

Adnan showed up to try and make things better but was denied at the gate.

Osama thinks the paparazzi boyfriend is killing Britney.

But Adnan thinks differently!

The paparazzo released the following statement through his photo agency about last night’s shenanigans.

“Adnan did not try to break into Britney’s house.
Anyone who claims that to be the case has been severely misinformed.

The truth is that Sam Lutfi started an argument with Britney and the two ended up in a screaming fight. Sam continued to verbally abuse Britney as she sat barefoot on the curb at her Summit home crying holding her dog London.

Britney called Adnan for help and he heard the distress in her voice and drove to the Summit immediately. While outside the gates he was denied access as Sam Lutfi had informed the guards that he was not allowed entry. When Adnan then tried to call Britney it seems that Sam had turned all of her cell phones off. “

After selling his story to Entertainment Tonight and The Insider last week, Britney’s paparazzo ex-boyfriend is now trying to sell six videos of the mentally unstable star.

And he’s asking $2 million for them!

What can we expect from these home-made vids???

The News Of The World got a preview of the clips, and here’s their breakdown:

CLIP No1 shows Britney sitting on her bed wearing a nightie. She talks about herself in the third person and rambles about her childhood. She’s heard saying:

“When Britney was a child, she had to work really hard. When she was 13 years old, she won all the beauty pageants.”

CLIP No2 shows Brit wrapped in a white bath towel, again perched on the edge of the bed. Talking to thin air, she mumbles:

“Britney has an angel looking out for her, don’t you, angel?”

CLIP No3 sees a Britney talking to Adnan, who’s holding the camera, and calling him by his pet name Bubba.

She smiles: “I’m really happy. Bubba’s here for me now. It’s all good.”

Adnan is still withholding CLIP No4 and CLIP No5 but CLIP No6, filmed last week, shows Britney crying hysterically after a night out.
