Last month, Andy Dick was arrested at a restaurant in California on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery.

He was acting all sorts of crazy, according to various inside sources at the scene.

But on a lucky break for Dick, he might not be charged with sexually assaulting a 17 year-old girl last month.

If you recall, he allegedly pulled down her top outside the restaurant. Remember the photos of him groping girls inside the joint?

According to a representative of the District Attorney, they say “We found that his actions were more in line with an assault than with a sexual battery. It didn’t appear to be an overt sexual act.”

Oh, cause that makes it any better?

So his charge has now been changed to sexual assault, not battery.

Though Dick does still face charges for regular battery, public intoxication, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

He’ll be arraigned next week.

Time for someone to go to rehab!

Yes, that’s really Andy Dick!

The wacktor was arrested in California earlier today and PerezHilton.com has just obtained the police report.

It brings the LOLs!

Here’s what the cops have to say:

“At 0113 hours, Murrieta Police responded to call at Buffalo Wild Wings, 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., Murrieta to investigate an intoxicated male at the location urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and stopped a truck which was leaving the location. Witnesses told the officers one of the truck occupants had sexually battered a 17 year old outside the restaurant and bar.

The 17 yr old female victim and several witnesses told police that as Andy Dick left the establishment, he approached two females outside the bar. Dick walked up to the 17 year old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. He then was escorted by several of his friends to a truck which was stopped by arriving police officers in a nearby Sam’s Club a few moments later.

Andy Dick was in the front passenger seat of the truck. A curbside lineup was conducted and the male was identified by the victim, as well as a witness. During a search incident to arrest, marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets. Andy Dick was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest. He was booked at the Southwest Detention Center.”

Is a stint on Celebrity Rehab in his future???

He got into a jam. AGAIN!

Andy Dick was arrested around 2am Wednesday morning at a restaurant called Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta, CA (about an hour east of LA) on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery.

Andy had to go all the way out to the Inland Empire for late night wings? ???

We can almost picture it now…Dick sexually harassing a restaurant patron with a buffalo wing.

Ewww!

Andy was being held this morning at the Southwest Detention Center with a bail amount set at $5,000.

Messy. Messy. Messy.

Maybe his son can bail him out????

He must be SO proud of his dad!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Andy Dick checked into the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas on Thursday evening and created a big scene.

“He was drunk and he brought his pit bull with him,” an insider tells us.

Turns out Andy’s dog is just as crazy as he is.

The pit bull BIT a hotel guest, so the Hard Rock had to throw the Dick out.

One unlucky PerezHilton.com reader had a series of unfortunate run-ins with Andy Dick this past weekend.

And he lived to tell his tale!

This is what he has to say about that unpleasant evening:

“Hey Perez

I just wanted to send you a sighting. I was at Norms restaurant on La Cienega grubbing after going out early Sunday Morning around 3am and non other than one big mess Andy Dick was there.. He was a fucking mess as usual.. He arrived via cab and could not pay the guy so the cabbie was inside trying to get his money. Some chump approached Andy and paid the cab driver. Andy then ordered and half was through him passing out on the counter his food arrived. He then decides to go into the kitchen and run a muck. I didn’t see him for awhile then I needed the restroom so I got up and went and he was in the restroom. He then asked me “if I wanted some blow” jokingly I said “do you have any” he then said “no”. I laughed then as I proceed to use the urinal he came up behind me and tried to grab me and so I pushed him off and and ran out. Then he cam back out and sat down hung his head and practically passed out. After about 10 min he picked his head up and began to “cry” then pulled out a ziplock bag full of pills from his pocket and downed a handfull of them. At this point were ready to leave so my friends and I are in two separate cars and he walks out when we do and tries to get into the car with my friend, she locked her door and drove off. Iwas pretty funny /sad.. lol
