Anna Nicole Smith’s former lawyer and alleged lover, Howard K. Stern, is suing mad!

Remember the gay ‘claims’ hurled at Stern in that Anna Nicole tell-all book?

Well, he says he knows who concocted the homo lies.

He blames the sister of Anna Nicole’s ex-boyfriend, Jackie Hatten, and Larry Birkhead’s former bodyguard, Mark Speer.

Stern has just filed a suit against the two for defamation and is asking for unspecified damages.

Too bad he wasn’t proven to be Danni Lynne’s poppa.

Bet it kills him to see Larry Birkhead enjoying the little one’s inheritance!

She’s suing mad!

Anna Nicole Smith’s momma, Virgie Arthur, is out to get some Texan bloggers and TMZ for spreadin’ falsehoods ’bout her on the internet which, she claims, dirtied up her reputation and lost her the rights to be the legal caretaker of granddaughter heiress, Dannielynn.

Virgie filed a complaint against stated parties in a Texas say court on Monday.

Arthur’s complaint stems from a story titled Virgie Has Son with Her Stepbrother posted last April on TMZ. The story implies that the couple were stepsiblings prior to their relationship, said Arthur’s lawyer.

TMZ and their lawyers did not comment on the suit.

Lyndal Harrington, one of the Texan bloggers targeted by Virgie states she was shocked to hear about the lawsuit and that it’s been “hard to find an attorney to stand up for (her) First Amendment rights.”

Aren’t there public defenders in Texas who can help the bloggers out?!! Hmm. On second thought, maybe you only get a public defender if you do something crazy like armed robbery.

Anna Nicole’s former bodyguard, Big Moe, sat down with Access Hollywood and had some in-ter-esting things to say about Larry “Big ‘Mo” Birkhead.

Big Moe claims that Anna Nicole viewed Birkhead as a sperm donor only:

“Because of how Larry looked, she figured, oh my child would look great,” Big Moe told Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts. “Blonde hair, blue eyes, you know, ‘Go great with me and my baby will come out beautiful.’”

“So basically, from what she told you and what you’re telling me is that Anna looked at Larry as a sperm donor to get a really beautiful child?” Tony asked.

“That’s it,” Big Moe said.

Big Moe also adds fuel to the gay rumors surrounding Birkhead–claims that Anna Nicole’s baby daddy has vehemently denied. According to Big Moe, Anna told him that due to Birkhead’s “lifestyle” there would be no strings attached:

“What’s his lifestyle?” Tony asked.

“Well, she told me that, you know, he was a homosexual,” Big Moe said. “She knew deep down that he didn’t want to be with her.”

Larry is gonna be livid.

Hey, he’s been making lots of money from ET and The Insider.

Finally!

Anna Nicole Smith’s estranged mother Virgie Arthur leaves a court house in the Bahamas on Monday during the first day of the inquest into the death of her grandson Daniel.

The Playmate’s former “lover” and lawyer, Howard K. Stern was also there.

Daniel died well over a year ago, in September of 2006, of a suspected accidental drug overdose.

Speaking outside court during a lunch break, Virgie told reporters she was finding it hard listening to details of Daniel’s death.

Where’s Larry Birkhead? He’s not one to miss a photo op???

Cue the violins!

Howard K. Stern is telling the new issue of Us Weekly that he’s brizoke.

Anna Nicole Smith’s former lawyer, and the executor of her estate, says, “I am in debt and basically broke.”

Hmmm. How much did he get paid for the Us interview????

He tells the mag, “There’s this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna’s death. It couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Due to the fact the he’s suing more than a dozen people, including author Rita Cosby, Stern says that he owes his parents “hundreds of thousands of dollars.”

Don’t be surprised if Howard starts shopping his own reality show or trying to get a gig as a legal commentator on TV.

He’s got bills to pay!

In addition to trying to ensure that he is in control of Dannielynn’s finances, Howard K. Stern has also just filed papers in court demanding more money.

Yup, if the estate of Anna Nicole Smith ever cashes in on their lawsuits against the Playmate’s late husband, Howard Marshall, Stern is asking for “6% of the Estate’s net recovery.”

That 6% could end up being millions and millions of dollars!

How is Larry Birkhead feeling about all of Howard’s legal maneuvering??

This is gonna get ugly!

Even though Larry Birkhead is the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter and she is in his custody, Howard K. Stern thinks he should have control of little Dannielynn’s money.

And he’s taking it to court!

Thursday morning, Howard filed papers asserting his role as the executor of Anna Nicole Smith’s estate.

Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s former attorney and companion, asserts that he “has at all times been the duly appointed acting and personal representative of the estate.”

In a new petition to determine distribution rights, Stern claims the 2001 will Smith signed before the birth of Dannielynn, which gave all the money to her deceased son Daniel, now applies to the little girl.

Further, Stern claims he is the sole person responsible for holding Dannielynn’s money in trust, even though she is in the custody of her biological father.

How will Larry respond to this????

Or did he and Howard already come to some sort of “agreement”?????

She is fucked!

The California attorney general requested several search warrants on Friday in relation to the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

Among the 8 search warrants, authorities searched the home of Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, Smith’s psychiatrist, who is widely rumored to have overprescribed lots of meds to the buxom blonde.

Attorney General Jerry Brown says that requested the search warrants because he believes “a serious crime has been committed.”

He told reporters that “playing with dangerous drugs” can result in death and “prescribing drugs illegally is a crime,” and he suggested people should “put it together.”

At the time of her death, there were ELEVEN prescription drugs found in Anna Nicole Smith’s hotel room.

She was a traveling pharmacy!
