Magazine sales are down - way down.

Across the boards, people bought less mags at newsstands, but some titles are double DOUBLE DIGITS in the first half of the year.

Surprisingly, the mag that was hurt the most was Oprah’s, followed closely by Anna Wintour’s Teen Vogue and Vogue.

On the bright side, Vanity Fair saw an increase in their readership during the first half of the year.

Their newsstand sales are up by 5.8% thanks to that little slut!

American Vogue may be in the shitter, but Italian Vogue is red hot!

Its ‘all black’ July issue was so popular that they went back and reprinted 10,000 issues for the US market.

The July Italian Vogue featured only black models in its editorial spreads.

Who said people of color don’t sell magazines???

The notorious Naomi Campbell, though, said that there was a “glaring lack” of black models in the advertisements.

Fashion houses Valentino, Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Dior featured white models.

Hopefully all magazines will show more diversity in every issue!

Vogue’s revenues are falling downwards, but its main rival,Elle magazine, is whistling a different tune!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Elle is about to have its biggest September issue ever.

At 420 pages, they’re up 6.6% from last year.

It’s the BIGGEST issue they’ve had, ad page wise.

Plus, their August issue is the fourth month in a row that they BEAT Vogue in ad pages.

Why is Elle kicking Vogue’s ass in advertising sales?

What say you, fashionistas?

Anna Wintour’s gonna have some explaining to do!

Smokin’ hot Scot actor Gerard Butler sure does likes to attach himself to big-named ladies!

There was Naomi Campbell, then Cameron Diaz and now…Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour!

The two were spotted together all across Men’s Fashion Week in Milan a few days ago.

Gerry played the part of Anna’s butt boy at the Burberry Prorsum show, Dolce & Gabbana show, the Tom Ford Boutique opening, and the Versace Party on Saturday.

And no, there’s nothing romantical going on - we think.

Men’s Vogue apparently threw some bash honoring Gerry at one point during Fashion Week.

Regardless, we’re sure Gerry loooved all the attention hanging out with Anna drew!

New York Ranger hockey player Sean Avery started his ‘internship’ with fashion bible Vogue last week.

Why???

He told ” target=”_blank”>Women’s Wear Daily, the fashion industry’s trade rag, “I wanted to immerse myself in fashion. I couldn’t think of a better place to do it than Vogue.”

He must have been inspired by ex-girlfriend Mary-Kate Olsen to explore his inner fashionista!

Avery may be getting paid minimum wage like all the other interns, but it’s far from the ordinary experience.

According to reports, he may be appearing on the cover of the mag and is slated to attend the couture shows in Europe with Anna Wintour next month.

Wonder if he’ll go back to hockey after the internship?

Wouldn’t you take models, jet-setting, and clothes over the hockey puck?

As we mentioned last week, hasbeen stylist Rachel Zoe was originally invited to the ultimate fashion party of the year, the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

That is, of course, until host and Vogue editrix Anna Wintour decided to disinvite her.

Anna was the co-hostess for the evening, and bitch can do anything she wants either way!

Of course, Vogue reps are denying that Raisinface was ever disinvited. But insiders insist that she was.

Zoe was spotted at Allure’s “most alluring bodies” photo exhibit in NYC on Wednesday, and her snub was all that journos wanted to talk about!

She was asked by a reporter to comment on the supposed dis-invite.

That’s when Zoe snapped back saying, “I don’t really want to talk about that. I’m here to talk about the event.”

So then they mentioned the event, asking how does Allure editor, Linda Wells‘ style differ from Anna Wintour’s?

And to that, Zoe quickly responded, “Everybody’s different,” and walked away.

She just walked away! Ha!

Seems like someone’s still bitter because of the “dis-invite.”

She should just be bitter because she’s Rachel Zoe!

Rachel Zoe’s still learning that no one - NO ONE - fucks with Anna Wintour.

The fashionista party of the year, the Costume Institute Ball at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, is happening this coming Monday.

And, it’s no secret that Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour yays or nays everyone on the party list.

Well, Raisinface was intially invited to attend the event as the guest of Bally creative head Brian Atwood BUT THEN disinvited, despite the fact that she’s ‘dressing’ several celebrity clients for the gala.

To save raisinface, Zoe released the following statement through her rep, “I was invited by Brian Atwood but wasn’t planning on going anyway because of my filming schedule and commitments to clients.”

Oh yeah. We almost forgot that she’s doing that reality show we won’t watch.

Raisinface’s ridiculous claims will haunt her forever!

Anna holds a grudge!!!
