He’s guilty! And he knows it!

Paris’s little brother, Barron Hilton, was arrested fin February or suspicion of drunk driving at the age of 18. He was also in possession of a fake ID during the incident.

Why ever would he need a fake ID for? Could it be to drink?????

Now, Barron has plead no contest to driving under the influence.

Barron was not required to attend the hearing this morning in Malibu court. So he didn’t. Instead, his attorney entered the plea on his behalf.

The Hiltons’ attorney must be living rich!

Barron will be placed on probation for three years. He’ll also be required to visit an LA county morgue. Perhaps to realize the possible effects of drunk driving?

Aside from that, he’ll have to attend a lecture given by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD). And, to make it even better, he’ll also lose his driving privileges for one year since he was under the age of 21 when he got arrested.

We better not see him driving around for the next 12 months! He would be stoopid enough to do that!

Paris Hilton is speaking out about her 18 year-old brother’s DUI arrest Tuesday morning.

Says the former heiress:

“I am sad for my little brother. I hear he is doing OK. I am there for him and will be speaking to him in an hour or so, hopefully, to lend my support.”

We can’t wait to hear what the parents, Kathy & Rick Hilton have to say!

Paris‘ little brother, Barron Hilton, 18, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving early Tuesday morning.

And this little incident is turning out to be bigger than anyone could have anticipated!

In addition to the DUI charge, Barron could face an underage drinking claim, AND….

He may also be charged with Reckless driving, Operating to endanger, and Vehicular assault.

Why????

Barron allegedly struck a garage worker at a 76 Gas Station in Malibu after drunkenly pulling in.

The worker, Fernando Pellez, was not seriously hurt when Barron’s black Mercedes bowled into him between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m., but he insisted on calling the cops.

“I was knocked to the ground,” Pellez claims. “The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn’t walk straight.”

Cops have ruled out drugs, for now.

This is not good for Barron!
