LC’s ex-boyfriend and Hills heartthrob, Brody Jenner, has found “the one,” according to In Touch Weekly.

And who would that “one” be?

22-year-old Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole, natch!

Doesn’t that sound oh-so-romantic?

The couple started off as friends, but things got serious in September when they were seen canoodling at DJ Reach’s party at Marquee in New York. Jayde accompanied Brody to the MTV Video Music Awards.

She’s everything he wants in a girl. Loyal, honest, and “beautiful inside and out,” he says.

LC praises their relationship…or at least that’s what her publicist told her to say.

Now, it’s come to light that the two are “dating.”

Who knew “reality” television could pay so well?

Lauren Conrad: $75,000 per episode
Heidi Montag: $65,000 per episode
Spencer Pratt: $65,000 per episode
Audrina Patridge: $35,000 per episode
Whitney Port: $20,000 per episode
Brody Jenner: $10,000 per episode
Lauren “Lo” Bosworth: $10,000 per episode
Stephanie Pratt: $8,000 per episode

An insider supposedly said, “The only reason L.C. gets paid more than anyone else is because she demanded in her original contract that no one could ever get paid more than her.”

Sounds like something L.C. would demand!

Everyone seems to be getting their own show on MTV these days!

From Paris Hilton and Pete Wentz to Whitney Port and now another The Hills co-star will be receiving his own show.

And no, it’s still not Speidi.

It’s Brody Jenner!

The new show, which is coming from Ryan Seacrest’s production company, will be titled Bromance.

Hot title!

Ryan also produces Denise Richards‘ show. Let’s hope this new one is NOTHING like Denise’s.

Bromance has been picked up for six episodes and will feature some “normal and regular” guys who go to Hollywood to compete in a series of challenges to become part of Brody’s “entourage.”

Only six episodes???? MTV must not be confident in Brody’s ability to pull of a show by himself!

The competitions in Bromance will consist from anything like skydiving to properly dealing with the paparazzi.

The contestants will also have “group dates” with Jenner, along with some “alone time” in every episode.

That kind of sounds like a Tila Tequila rip-off, which was just a rip off from Bret Michaels‘ and Flavor Flav’s shows, which were a rip off from The Bachelor.

It also sounds VERY similar to Paris’ new BFF show!!!!

Originality is key dead!

To make things different, the eliminations will not consist of flowers or keys. They will have Hot Tub Elimination Ceremonies, in which the rejected guys will have to leave the bachelor pad dripping wet in a swimsuit from the hot tub, take their luggage, and go.

So gay!

At least eye candy is good.

Oh, and also executive producing the show is Jenner, who’ll be joined by “producer” and Hill’s co-star Frankie Delgado.

Hah.

P.S. We’re hearing that the Whitney Port pilot hasn’t been picked up!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Spencer Pratt was livid when former friend Brody Jenner showed up at his girlfriend Heidi Montag’s fashion show and started creating a scene.

“When Spencer found out backstage that Brody was outside and causing drama, he was furious,” a source tells us. “He was ready to go out there and get physical with Brody, but thankfully he was persuaded not to by the event organizers.”

We’re told Pratt is more upset than ever with Jenner.

However, when we contacted Spencer for comment, he played it diplomatically.

Pratt tells PerezHilton.com exclusively, “Although Brody and I have had our disagreements, I find it hard to believe that even he is this desperate for attention. Heidi and I didn’t notice him at the show, but if the heckling rumors are true this is a new low to stoop to for fame, even for Brody.”

Though they’re well into their 20s, they still all behave like they’re in fucking high school.

And that’s why we love them!

Right???

None other than Brody Jenner showed up to Heidi Montag’s fashion show this past weekend, and he was intent on causing scene.

The former friend and current for of Spencer Pratt, Jenner was heard screaming and being obnoxious throughout the entire runway show.

And, when Pratt came out to Present Montag with a bouquet of flowers, Jenner screamed out loud, “Spencer, quit stuffing your pants,” and other REALLY FUNNY jokes like that.

Heidi and Spencer seemed unfazed by Brody, though.

They weren’t even filming any of this for The Hills.

What a waste of “faux” drama!
