Demi Moore has just filed a claim with the Federal Court in Australia to sue the popular Aussie Women’s magazine New Idea.

What’s got the almost 50-year-old so angry????

The “problem” is that the mag published some copyright infringing photographs without her consent, according to Moore.

As for the pics, they were taken in February at a Los Angeles Oscars Party that was organized by Demi and Madonna.

It showed a photo of Demi, Potato Head Rumer Willis, P. Diddy and Orlando Bloom.

The issue is that the photographer at the party signed a deal to give the shots to the party organizer, who then had agreed to sell them to Moore.

However, that wasn’t the case and the images finally landed in the hands of New Idea.

As for Moore, she’s seeking damages from publisher Pacific mags for an undisclosed amount. As an alternative, she also asked the company for its profits made as a result of running the images.

Good luck trying to determine that, foolspice!

She still looks better than potato head!

According to a new report, Demi Moore has packed on about 15 pounds in one month.

She’s supposedly relaxed her diet and exercise routine and is much happier.

An insider told the National Enquirer, “Demi feels beautiful. She’s struck a perfect balance between too much and not enough with diet and exercise. And as a result, she’s a little fuller and rounder.’

She’s also supposedly trying to be a better role model for her girls, “Demi is happier being a little heavier, and she wants her daughters to embrace a “beauty comes in all sizes” attitude as well.”

Her boy toy, Ashton Kutcher, reportedly ‘loves her new curves’.

And, it’s also asserted that her weight gain is all part of her new career goals, “Demi is savvy enough to realise that at this point in her career, her bread-and-butter acting gigs are going to be in character-driven movies. She isn’t going to compete with girls half her age for ingenue roles.”

Demi can be 50 pounds overweight according to Hollywood standards and look better than most people in their prime!

Playing into his Dude, Where’s My Car? persona, when fact-checked for the spelling of his step-daughter Tallulah’s name, Ahston Kutcher reportedly drew a blank.

Ashton was Punk’d during an interview about an ABC game show he has in development called Opportunity Knocks.

But we guess we shouldn’t forget that Ashton - who’s married to Demi Moore and 15 years her junior - was a male model before he became an actor.

Madonna’s Judas brother, Christopher Ciccone, has revealed a disgustingly juicy story about Demi Moore that didn’t make it into his Judas chronicles.

In an interview with Out magazine, he states one night out on the town with Demi and Madge, Moore began leaking breast milk.

On purpose!!!

Yeah — and she’s (Demi) dancing up on me and humping me from behind. The one part that’s not in the book is that she was lactating at the time and she was squirting breast milk at my lesbian friends. My friend Michelle called me the next morning and asked me, “How do I get breast milk out of my black dress?” and I stated “How the fuck would I know? Call Demi.” It was hysterical. There are no pictures of it but it actually happened. The lawyers didn’t think it was wise for me to print that — so there’s your juicy tidbit.

All is not well in Kabbalah land!

According to new reports, Demi & Ashton may be defecting from the sect of mystic Judaism.

“Ashton and Demi used to have an impeccable attendance record,” says one source with close ties to the Kabballah Centre in L.A. Another source close to the couple says it’s been “months” since the two attended services or participated in the Shabbat dinner after Friday services.

Additionally, Kutcher, who once refused to take off his Kabbalah bracelet while filming a movie - resulting in it having to costly be removed in post - was just last week spotted shopping on Robertson Blvd. without his trademark red string.
