The twosome were spotted shopping for their tiny tot, Harlow, grabbing iced coffees and then lunching at Baja Fresh.

Parenthood looks good on these two!

It’s been so long since Nicole’s been out partying and hitting the clubs. She’s truly a reformed woman!

It’s hard to be on top forever!

The Hollywood Reporter states that management company Handprint Entertainment is shutting its doors at year’s end.

Over the years, Benny Medina’s company represented heavy-hitters like Jennifer Lopez, Tyra Banks, Mariah Carey, Usher, Chris Rock, Will Smith, Diddy and Nicole Richie.

However, most of those large names have parted ways with the company recently.

Some major shiz must be going down!

It’s a celebrity cover face-off!

Who’s face do people want to buy?????

Forbes magazine conducted a survey to determine the best celebrity face.

They gathered data from People, Star, US Weekly, In Touch Weekly, Life & Style and OK! over a year long period ending June 30th and eliminated covers that did not feature one celebrity exclusively.

The data was analyzed in terms of issues sold as compared to each magazine’s average newsstand sales, number of full magazine covers, and each star’s “likability,” as determined by E-Poll Market Research.

Now, we’re going to reward you for reading through all that statistical jargon and tell you who earned the number one position out of ten.

Ready?

It was none other than one-third of the Holy Celebritrinity: Angelina Jolie.

(The other two parts are, of course, Brad Pitt, with the kids counting as one.)

Our Lady of Perfection won in all three categories: sales, number of covers, and likability.

The world just loves a Madonna-Former-Whore.

Jennifer Aniston came in second, falling from last year’s first place. She also averaged well in all three categories.

We guess people like to hear her whine about her relationship problems after all.

Heath Ledger rounded out the top three positions, one of only two males in the top ten. His third place can be attributed to his untimely demise, with magazines offering answers to his still mysterious death. It seems that the world also loves a good tragedy, because Owen Wilson finished up the list at number ten, with readers’ interested piqued by his suicide attempt.

Suri Cruise and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt represented the under-ten players, coming in at 7th and 8th place, respectively. People really love those Jolie-Pitts.

New mothers Nicole Richie and Jamie Lynn Spears came in 5th and 4th, both with impressive sales, but low in likability, knocking down their scores.

Surprisingly, Jessica Simpson made the list at 6th place. But, only because her face is plastered everywhere because otherwise she ranked pretty low in likability. In fact, it’s probably only because people despise “Yoko Romo” for dragging down their precious Tony Romo and his football team.

So that leaves one spot less and who got it?

Publicity-humping Heidi Montag came in 9th. But with all of her and boyfriend Spencer’s freakin coverage, are you really that surprised? And that’s the only reason she was in the top ten at all, because girlfriend is almost as disliked as Britney Spears, which is not to say that BritBrit is hated. It’s just that with a tabloid headline almost ever other day covering some crazy antic or another, people get tired of it.

But, the very least likable celebrity was our own fave Slutty Cyrus, despite her near billionaire status.

And why is that?

“Here is a teenager who’s quickly becoming a multi-millionaire, if not a billionaire. It’s pretty hard to relate to that,” says In Touch Weekly editor Michelle Lee.

And relatability is becoming increasingly important in magazine sales as wallets become increasingly slender. The mags have about five seconds to catch your attention as you stand in line at the super market, wondering what the hold up ahead is, and if you’re going to shell out the 4 bucks for a mag on top of that already escalating grocery bill, it better be something you really really want, right?

So be prepared to see a lot more Jolie…unless the mags jump the shark and commit another Britney overload.

Fashion Week was buzzing about Nic’s beatdown of a Swedish tourist who tried to snap a photo of her.

It all went down outside of Charlotte Ronson’s fashion show after-party last week.

Bitchy reportedly shouted, “I’m not an animal” to the Swede and then jumped over some velvet rope, ripped the camera out of the girl’s hand, and smashed it to the ground.

Nothing and no one comes between Nicole Richie and her babydaddy, Joel Madden!

The new mom doesn’t seem to approve of him being friendly with other women. Too bad he’s a musician surrounded by hot, desperate, slutty chicks all the time!

But, the latest girl Nicole is hating on is Mary-Kate Olsen.

Last week, MK showed up at New York’s Roseland Ballroom to watch Good Charlotte perform.

An insider tells Life & Style, “After the concert, Joel invited her back to see the tour bus. He showed her some baby photos of Harlow. Joel isn’t one to lie or hide things from Nicole, so the next day he told her about it on the phone.”

That seems like the right thing to do by Madden, though it might have been a bad idea.

The source adds, “Nicole freaked out. Joel thought she’d respect the fact that he was trying to be honest — after all, he and Mary-Kate are just friends — but Nicole was hurt and angry. He couldn’t deal with it, so he hung up, and she kept texting him after that.”

Ouch.

However, could Nicole’s reactions be validated?

According to the source, though, Madden and MK have a history of “flirting.” Adding, “During the dinner, Mary-Kate was very playful with Joel. It was all fun and games, but with the Olsens nothing is as simple as that. Nicole exploded at Joel and demanded that they leave the party. Afterward, Nicole warned him to stay away from Mary-Kate.”

Then again, if Richie truly loves Joel, and more importantly, TRUSTS him, then there shouldn’t be any doubt that he would cheat.

Unless he’s done it before and that’s why she’s all freaked out?

The source adds about the unwed couple, “They’re having their usual ups and downs. I think they’re madly in love and want to get married. But I also think it’s moments like this that will continue to keep their wedding on hold.”

Nicole Richie is committed to doing the right thing these days!

Richie and her husband boyfriend, Joel Madden, started last year the Richie Madden Children’s Foundation. They’ve even asked family and friends to donate to their charity instead of giving them any gifts for their daughter Harlow.

And, now, their foundation is about to launch it’s new website under Nicole’s leadership and with a novel idea of hers.

A source states, “She’s hired some pretty high-powered consultants to advise her and put it all together. The Web site will be a registry, like for a bridal or shower registry, where low-income women list things they need for their babies. More well-off people will then go on and purchase stuff for the kids.”

Inneresting concpet.

Richie’s manager and publicist have yet to comment.

Good job trying to seal the good girl image.!

Star magazine recently showed and reported on a text message that Richie reportedly sent to that model Lauren Hastings, who had filed a police report on Lindsay Lohan for stealing her clothes.

The text stated, “I’ll go to Good Will for you and pick out a nice new pair of pants for you to wear and split open because you’re getting so f—ing massive. Lose some damn pounds and get a life. You’re pathetic… Consider this a warning.” The text was sent from Lindsay’s phone but signed by Richie.

That’s not too lady-like, Nicole.

Money! Money! Money!

According to E! News, Nicole Richie’s 2005 coming-of-age novel which she “wrote” - The Truth About Diamonds - is being turned into a TV show.

Nicole says, “I would definitely produce and definitely be in the show…I don’t know if I need to be the star of this show. I’ve got a lot going on right now.”

The book is described as Richie’s thinly veiled memoir. It’s all about a twentysomething girl named Chloe Parker, who was adopted by a music superstar when she was 7 and as a young adult finds herself running with an elite Hollywood party crowd…she goes to rehab, has to deal with the paparazzi, blah blah blah.

Sounds like Gossip Girl Hollywood style to us!

We’ll probably watch it.

Starlets are going gaga for TV guest appearances!

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Nicole Richie just landed a one-off role on the NBC show Chuck.

Richie will be playing a snarky/spiteful girl who tortured one of the main characters back in high school.

The show’s producer said, “Nicole auditioned for the part and was very funny. This role is a great opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills and be diabolically evil and kick some butt. It’s going to be really fun.”

In addition to her upcoming appearance on Chuck, Nicole is also pitching around a new reality TV show, starring her, of course.
