He’s cute tiny kid who made his claim to fame covering You’re My Honeybunch (The Cuppycake Song).

Well, he recently met up with Amy, the song’s original performer, for a brief interview.

Sadly, Sam suffers from a rare kidney condition - for which he takes steroids. The steroids have stunted his growth and complicated his weight.

After his “chubby” rendition of The Cuppycake Song, the producers of The Physicians reached out to Sam and his family to help him find an alternate treatment for his disease.

Soooooooo cute!

And also heartbreaking!

We hope they can find a solution for him too!

YouTube sucks!

Our beloved Kristina Chen’s YouTube account - with her thousands of subscribers - has been hacked.

A fake Tina has taken over and posted fake videos, pretending to be her.

Well, the real Kristina is devastated and she’s even more sad at YouTube’s unwillingness to help her.

Tina just took to her official blog to let us know what is going on.

She says:

“youtube……….

youtube wrote back to me and are saying that they wont help me if i dont send an email from the email address on the account when the person who stole it changed the password AND EMAIL TO THEIRS but youtube should see that my email address was on that account until last week when the person changed it and started uploading dumb videos.

I am so upset cause of youtube now they have really disappointed me and i am so sad that i have just lost my account like that and they arent even trying to help me and they do not care about me at all. i hope people start to see that youtube dont want to help and if you get hacked then theres nothing you can do because they cant help their users when they get hacked…

the hackers must control youtube then because they cant even control their own website

i am so angry

i know that perez had problems with youtube too and left there because they banned him so they must really suck”

They suck indeed!

We’re not holding out hope that YouTube will do the right thing, but it would be nice if they did.

Our beloved Tina has been hacked once more.

Sad.

First, her MySpace was broken into. Now, the same has been done to her YouTube account.

The hacker has even made fake videos pretending to be the internationally adored song stylist!

Tina explains the situation on her official MySpace blog:

Someone hacked my youtube account. I can’t login or anything. Someone also posted some dumb videos on there. If you see any new videos that are uploaded from the 20th, it wasn’t me. They also changed some of my information. The e-mail on their is not mine!!!!! I hope that youtube will help me find out who did it and help me get back on to my account. Please tell me what you guys think!

YouTube, can you help her out???? ASAP!

Bitter ex-wife Tricia Walsh-Smith refuses to get out of the limelight.

The attention crazed Walsh-Smith held a press conference yesterday where her lawyer basically implied that her ex-husband, Philip Smith, and his buddies were “trying to ruin - and had threatened - her life.”

Her attorney, Joseph McCaffery, said “Our firm has uncovered what we believed is a concerted effort by Philip Smith, and by individuals and organizations tied to him, to interfere with Tricia’s business relationships, destroy her financially, and inflict emotional distress.”

Oh, kind of like the emotional distress that she caused Smith by making those ridiculous YouTube videos?

Please, biyatch, even the judge ruled Tricia as “cruel and inhuman” by embarrassing her ex on the web.

According to the attorney, Tricia had received death threats in the past week. Both by phone and through her website.

We promise we didn’t send her any!

During the press conference Walsh-Smith said, “I am proud to say that despite the abuse of influence by Philip Smith and the Shubert Organization, and their ongoing efforts to bring me down, I’ll not be bullied.”

As for Tricia, due to her prenup she’ll receive $750,000 and must leave the couple’s NY apartment.

Looks like Smith had a good attorney draft up his prenup.

However, Tricia said she is appealing and wouldn’t be leaving the apartment. But her attorney stated yesterday that a new deal was made in which she’d leave the pad in a few weeks in exchange for receiving the $750k quicker.

And poor Tricia, she’s going to owe A LOT in legal fees. In a smart move, Smith had a clause in the contract that he would pay for any legal fees in the divorce, unless she challenged the prenup.

A source has said that her Chicago-based lawyers have also been staying with her in the apartment.

Smith told a reporter that his housekeeper had complained the attorneys and company were “messy.”

The source adds that yesterday, after reading the article, Tricia fired the housekeeper.

Good luck trying to find someone who’s going to want to work for you. Especially when you’re broke!

Tricia Walsh-Smith’s worst nightmare became a reality on Monday.

The “YouTube Divorcee” got fucked in court!

A Manhattan judge granted her husband, rich Broadway dude Philip Smith, on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.

Ha!

And, rubbing salt in her wounds, she’s stuck with the original pre-nup she signed years ago - as should be.

Judge Harold Beeler said yesterday that a prenuptial agreement signed three weeks before the couple’s 1999 wedding was valid.

This means Tricia must leave the posh Park Avenue apartment she shared with Philip within 30 days and he - president of The Shubert Organization - must pay her $750,000.

Philip said after the ruling he was “sorry it had to come to this,” but, he added, “I’m happy with the decision of the judge, and I’m happy with the outcome.”

Tricia, on the other hand, was LIVID!

“I think it’s disgusting,” she said. “I’m really, really disappointed with the decision.”

She accused Smith of “basically throwing me out on the street.”

One of her attorneys said they would appeal.

We mentioned last month that Avril Lavigne’s “hard core fans” were on a mission to make her video for the song Girlfriend the most played ever on YouTube.

Well, as of Friday morning, Team Avril toppled the now former #1 spot holder, the Evolution of Dance video, with 92,696,978 views.

BUT, Douchette Supremo’s video didn’t get there by legit means!

As we’ve previously reported - and corroborated by Wired - a website was created to automatically play the Girlfriend video every 15 seconds. Avril’s fans inflated her play counts, propelling her vid to “most viewed” ever.

Avril’s “Band Aids” plan to use this shady tactic til her vid gets to the 100 million views mark, the first-ever to do so on YouTube.

YouTube’s policy is to remove videos from the most-played section if they discover that their view count system has been gamed.

Why haven’t they done that??????

YouTube still has April’s video listed in the site’s “most viewed of all time” category.

Wired went on to reveal that YouTube has probably turned a blind eye to Avril’s shadiness because the site’s making advertising money off of the fake views.

Shady Lavigne’s manager revealed the following at a business conference in London on Thursday:
“there’s about a $2 million check waiting for her for all her YouTube plays.”

Douchette and her managers are getting a cut of YouTube advertising sales money! Money they didn’t even get by legit means!

We hope the shadily earned money is going to a charity.

Avril Lavigne ‘fans’ are basically cheating their way to the top!

The “Avril Band Aids” are deceptively working to drive the video for Girlfriend to YouTube’s most watched top spot - #1 most viewed video of all time.

The number one position currently belongs to that ‘History of Dance’ clip, which we’re sure you’ve all seen many, many times.

Avrilphiles have sent out emails to fans to get them to watch Avril’s video as many times possible AND set up automated YouTube view-boosting sites.

The pages automatically reloads Avril’s video every 15 seconds, so as to rack up as many hits as possible, and a letter from the site advises fans to keep a browser window open all day with the page in it.

Seriously?

Seems like Avril and her peeps go out of the way to make her look lame.

Cheaters suck!

We hope they fail in their mission!
