They announced that the motion picture studio wants to move forward with a follow-up to the Twilight flick, which experts state will definitely be this weekend’s #1 motion picture!

Michelle Williams sat down with Newsweek as part of the promo blitz for her new motion picture, Wendy and Lucy, and boy does the interview tug at your heartstrings.

The interviewer was able to get Michelle to speak about Heath Ledger’s death:

Williams is jovial and chatty, until the conversation turns to Heath. You can see it’s still difficult for her to speak about him, and she hasn’t done so publicly until now. The first time Ledger’s name comes up, she bursts into tears. “It’s so sad,” Williams states. When she’s asked about how she’s been doing in the past year, she’s silent for a very long time. “I guess it’s always changing,” she states. There’s another pause. “What else can I state?” Her voice is breathy and fragile, and she takes a few gulps of air. “I just wake up everyday in a slightly different place—grief is like a moving river, so that’s what I mean by ‘it’s always changing’.” She stops again. “It’s a strange thing to say”—her words unravel slowly, her eyes tear up—”because I’m at heart an optimistic person, but I would say in some ways it just gets worse. It’s just that the more time that passes, the more you miss someone. In some ways it gets worse. That’s what I would state.”

And, her thoughts on the paprazzi:

“It burns a fire inside of me, the s––– that I’ve seen people do to get at me or my daughter,” she states. “I won’t forget it, and I won’t support it. I don’t want my daughter growing up feeling spied on or threatened.” She can’t comprehend how many more photos people need of her holding a coffee cup in one hand and Matilda in the other. Williams is especially enraged at female photographers, because she thinks women should be protective of mothers. She tried to give a particularly aggressive paparazzo career advice recently. “I said, ‘You’re better than this. Look at you! You’re young, you’re able-bodied, you have a brightness in your eyes. You’re above this.’ But you know what? She didn’t go away.”

Michelle goes on to say she’ll seriously think about quitting acting, if that’s what it takes to get her life back, “If it gets to the point where I can’t situate my life in a way that they stay away more, then I’ll drop a match on the thing. I’ll be sad. I like to act. It’s saved my life over and over again. It’s given me a sense of self-esteem, self-worth. I have this thing that I’m in love with—acting—and now it has this baggage.”

She reveals that she’s definitely taking the next year off to focus on being mommy to Matilda.

We just told you this week how Will Smith took time out of his schedule while promoting his latest flick, Seven Pounds, to visit with patients at Miami Children’s Hospital.

Well, we just found out from one of our Perezcious readers that there’s even more good news.

Turns out Smith took time out yesterday to visit Case Elementary, an inner city public school in Cleveland, Ohio.

He spent time visiting with the school officials and hanging out with the kids.

Will’s got such a big heart, and he knows how to manipulate the media nearly as well as Angelina Jolie!

In a new interview with Blender, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich gets a tiny misty-eyed about the days he spent on the road with Guns and Roses.

When asked about the craziest thing he saw on the road Lars said:

“Axl’s a friend, and I don’t want to compromise that. But as for “fun” crazy: He wrote his (half) brother, Stuart, a $25,000 check every day to throw these lavish theme celebrations. It was like, we’re in Indianapolis, so there were Formula One cars everywhere, with all the girls dressed up in pit-crew uniforms. It was decadence at the highest level I’d ever seen, a Caligula kind of outlandishness. There were orgies, sure. Was I involved? Yes. Well, I was in the same room — we’ll leave it at that.”

It looks like Miz Jackson likes the Japanese more!

Janet Jackson’s ‘illness’ forced her to scrap 7 U.S. Tour dates, which supposedly couldn’t be rescheduled due to ‘conflicts’.

But, a new report has emerged stating that she’s taking her show on the road to Japan.

The nasty girl is apparently set to do her first tour of Japan in seven years in February of 09.

She’ll do four dates in the country between February 14th and 22nd.

$$$$$$ speaks!

Janet was having difficulty filling arenas in America. She’s hoping she’ll have superior luck in Japan!

After hearing all the pleading from fans and Brooke Shields in the press, NBC has added the four remaining episodes of Lipstick Jungle to its schedule.

The Hollywood Reporter states the show will return to air Friday, December 5, and is shifting the show to a slightly better time slot — 9 p.m. instead of 10 p.m.

The remaining episodes will air on December 12th, then January 2nd and 9th.

But, NBC still hasn’t decided to order more episodes beyond its original order for 13.

For fans and Brooke’s employment sake, the show superior score some kick ass numbers in December and January!
